Laboratory Testing & Analysis
Our laboratory can perform accredited quality assurance, analysis and sampling of raw or treated materials and finished goods. We are equipped with various sampling and analytical equipment to ensure optimal sampling and distribution process and provide precise and accurate content analysis. We strictly adhere to the SOPs and comply with all relevant regulatory guidelines regarding quality assurance.
Our laboratory is capable of providing the following services:
• Sampling of liquid and solid materials
• Analysis purity content of finished goods
• Analysis of unknown samples and materials
• Sample preparation for 3rd party analysis
Research & Development
At MEP, our research and development (R&D) division is equipped with in-house inductive coupled plasma (ICP) spectrometer (Spectro Genesis), atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS), drying oven , refinery furnace, etc. To elaborate on the former, the Spectro Genesis is the first and only ICP spectrometer currently available in the market with a complete set of factory methods. It is truly a “plug and analyse” concept.
The factory methods cover all common environmental and industrial applications, including Waste Water, Soil, Sewage Sludge, Wear Metals and Additives in Oil, Crude Oil, Diesel Fuel and Biodiesel. Above all, it is compliant with national and international standards and having it in our R&D ensures the highest obtainable product quality at all times.
